Commercial vehicle welding workshop has land area of 11,090 Sq.M. and two welding lines for truck body. One is heavy-duty truck body welding line，which can produce more than 10 varieties of body-in-white assemblies of M51 and M53 serie s；Another is light-duty and medium-duty truck body welding line, which can produce more than 20 varieties of body-in-white assemblies of M4, M3, M2, M10 and M18 series.
The two welding lines have been equipped with 9 robots, 6 pressing machines, 2 adjusting lines, 3 large-sized elevating mechanism, 2 vehicle door transfer lines, 2 sets of cargo conveying slings as well as storage lines on high-altitude( 105 sets of body-in-white can be deposited).
The annual production capacity of light-duty and medium-duty truck body welding line is 30,000 units by one shift, and that of heavy-duty truck body welding line is 20,000 units by one shift.
