乘用车焊装工段占地11160平方米，拥有2条车身焊接生产线，其中一条为风行MPV车身焊接线，可生产6460和6500系列共20多个品种的车身白件总成；另一条为B11家庭轿车车身焊接生产线，可生产B11长短车身2大系列多个品种的车身白件总成。
在乘焊工段2条生产线上有9台机器人、10台压力机、1条调整线、1个大型升降机构、1条车门输送线、3台搬运吊具及高空的储存积放线（可存放102台白件车身）。
风行MPV车身焊接生产线单班生产能力为20000台，B11家庭轿车车身焊接线单班生产能力为20000台。

Brief Introduction to Passenger Vehicle Welding Workshop
Passenger vehicle welding workshop has land area of 11,160 Sq.M. and two welding lines for Passenger Vehicle bodies. One is FENGXING MPV body welding line，which can produce more than 20 varieties of Passenger Vehicle body-in-white assemblies of 6460 and 6500 series；Another is welding line for B11 model family-use car body, which can produce multiple kinds of body-in-white assemblies of B11 long-body series and short-body series.
车身储运线
The two PV welding lines have been equipped with 9 robots, 10 pressing machines, 1 adjusting lines, 1 large-sized elevating mechanism, 1 vehicle door transfer lines, 3 sets of cargo conveying slings as well as storage lines on high-altitude (102 sets of body-in-white can be deposited).
The annual production capacity of FENGXING MPV body is 20,000 units by one shift，and that of B11 family-use car body welding line is 20,000 units by one shift.
